1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items (sale items are non-refundable).
  • Digital products, gift cards, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for refunds.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return your item (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is successfully received.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done these and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@onlyforustoknow.com.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@onlyforustoknow.com.
